Cardio Trampoline combines bursts of low-impact cardio with body-sculpting and strength-building moves using a rebounder-style small trampoline. Clients will use the trampoline to warm up and alternate between cardio sequences and focused work on arms, glutes, and core followed by cool down.


Optional props for classes may include resistance bands, TRX straps, free weights, and ankle weights.
